What happens to your details.

Short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and tracks nobody. The only personal information here is an email address, and only if you choose to give one.

Who is responsible

What is collected, and when

Nothing at all unless you fill something in. There are two places you can:

  • The free audio in the Library. If you ask for it by email, your email address is stored so it can be sent to you, along with the occasional note about sleep and nervous-system care.
  • The pattern quiz. If you enter your email to see your result, your email address, the name you gave, and which of the four patterns you scored are stored together, so the follow-up you receive matches your result.

Listening to the audio, reading a page, or taking the quiz without entering an email leaves nothing behind.

Why it is allowed

Consent, and only consent. You tick a box, and that is the whole legal basis. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link at the foot of every email, or by messaging on Instagram. Withdrawing does not undo emails already sent, but it stops everything after.

Who else can see it

  • Systeme.io stores the mailing list and sends the emails.
  • Vercel hosts this website. Like any web server, it keeps short-lived technical logs of requests, including IP addresses, to keep the site running and safe.
  • Google Fonts serves the two typefaces this site uses, which means Google sees the IP address of anyone loading a page.

Booking a call, paying for a programme, or opening Instagram takes you to Calendly, Stripe, or Instagram respectively, each with its own privacy policy. Nothing is shared with them until you go there yourself.

Your details are never sold, rented, or passed to anyone for their own marketing.

Cookies

This site sets none. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no session tracking, nothing stored in your browser. That is why there is no cookie banner.

How long it is kept

Your email address stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask for it to be deleted, and is removed within thirty days of either. Server logs are short-lived and handled by Vercel.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, object to how it is used, or withdraw consent. Just ask, and it will be done without fuss.

If you are unhappy with how a request is handled, you can complain to Portugal’s data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados.

Children

This work is for adults. The site is not directed at anyone under 16, and no details are knowingly collected from them.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that affects you, the date below changes with it.
